Sales Prospect Analyst
Location: Boise, Idaho (Full time, In House)

We are looking for a Sales Prospect Analyst to support our sales team by building highly targeted, accurate, and prioritized prospecting lists that fuel revenue growth. This role is a critical part of our outbound engine and works closely with our Sales and RevOps teams to identify ideal customer profiles, surface high intent accounts, and enable personalized outreach strategies.
Position Overview
As the Sales Prospect Analyst, you will be responsible for researching, identifying, and enriching outbound prospect data across verticals and geographies. You will analyze firmographic, technographic, and behavioral signals to uncover high value leads and surface actionable insights to improve outbound conversion. You will own and manage prospecting data within our GTM tech stack and play a vital role in enabling efficient and targeted sales execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research to identify and prioritize accounts that fit our ideal customer profiles using tools such as Apollo, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and public data sources
- Work with Sales and Revenue Operations to develop segmented lead lists based on target verticals, company size, revenue, tech stack, and buying signals
- Source and validate accurate contact information including titles, email addresses, phone numbers, and LinkedIn profiles
- Enrich CRM records with relevant data fields that enable sales team personalization and targeting
- Tag and categorize leads based on campaign fit, intent level, and qualification score
- Support personalization at scale by identifying account triggers, strategic initiatives, and relevant industry trends
- Maintain data hygiene in HubSpot and Apollo and audit for accuracy, consistency, and completeness
- Assist in building dashboards and reports to measure the performance of outbound efforts and lead quality
- Monitor Apollo and other platforms for new signals, account engagement, or prospect job changes
- Collaborate with SDRs and AEs to ensure lead data aligns with outreach messaging and campaign goals
What We’re Looking For
- Highly analytical and detail oriented with strong research and data organization skills
- 2-3 years of experience in sales, marketing research, lead generation, or related role (experience in a B2B SaaS or agency environment is a plus)
- Proficiency with CRM and sales tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Google Sheets
- Basic understanding of sales funnels, outbound prospecting strategies, and account based selling
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work cross functionally with Sales, RevOps, and Marketing
- Self starter with the ability to manage multiple projects, pivot priorities, and maintain high data quality
- Experience identifying buying signals, job changes, and trigger events is a strong plus
- Familiarity with ICP development and lead scoring models preferred
