We seek a seasoned Sales Operations Manager to join our ROI-Focused Digital Marketing Agency. Working alongside the sales, client success, and executive team, you will identify high-impact areas in our evolving sales process where you will spearhead and drive operational improvements.

This is a full-time in-house position at our office in Boise, Idaho.
Responsibilities:
- Own and optimize the entire sales funnel, ensuring proposals and opportunities move efficiently through each stage. Monitor conversion rates and analyze performance to recommend improvements that support lead quality, velocity, and close rate.
- Support lead pipeline management and revenue forecasting by generating clear, actionable reports for sales leadership, identifying trends, gaps, and areas for strategic focus.
- Manage and continuously improve the VELOX sales tech stack including HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, and other sales tools to ensure they are fully integrated, maintained, and aligned with SDR and AE workflows.
- Maintain CRM data hygiene, including contact segmentation, custom field management, automation workflows, pipeline integrity, and auditing for consistency across systems.
- Oversee relationships with third party lead generation vendors. Evaluate performance, manage budgets, track ROI, and ensure external partner output aligns with internal goals.
- Collaborate with the SDR Team Lead to support onboarding and ongoing training. Maintain SOPs, develop enablement resources, and ensure new hires are quickly brought up to speed on systems, messaging, and lead workflows.
- Audit and enhance prospecting and outreach workflows including cold email sequencing, lead assignment, call routing, and follow up automation.
- Develop dashboards, performance scorecards, and forecasting models that give leadership visibility into top of funnel performance, sales activity, and revenue pacing.
- Partner cross functionally with Marketing, Product, Analytics, and Client Success to align on lead quality, messaging, and feedback loops that strengthen market positioning.
- Support strategic decision making by conducting data analysis that informs compensation models, sales targets, resourcing needs, and go to market initiatives.
- Provide general operational support to the sales team, helping troubleshoot tech issues, resolve process roadblocks, and ensure reps can focus on high impact selling activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience preferred.
- 3-5 years of directly related lead generation, sales, and/or analyst work experience.
- Live in data and proficient in Hubspot or relevant CRM, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office, emphasizing Excel and PowerPoint/Slides.
- Build reports that inform sales reps, managers, and leadership on historical results, current performance, and expected results in the future.
